in the Terms and Conditions apply to this Privacy Policy unless stated otherwise.
Your use of RTI Infokom's Application and services is subject to the Terms and Conditions and
this Privacy Policy and indicates Your consent over the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

You understand it and its subsequent changes if any. Kindly check the "Last Modified" heading
at the bottom of this document to see when this Privacy Policy last updated. Any changes
to the Privacy Policy will become effective when RTI Infokom posts the revised Privacy Policy
on the Application. Your use of the Application following any changes means that You accepted
the updated Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal data:
(a) information about Your computer and about Your visits to and use of this Application (such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and others);

RTI Infokom uses the information, including analytic information, primarily to provide
You with a personalized internet or mobile application experience that delivers the information,
resources, and services that are most relevant and helpful to You and ensure quality of service.
Furthermore, any use of personal data is solely for the purpose of improving and further development of
RTI Infokom's Application/services/products or promoting or suggesting suitable services/products to You.
Where You specifically agree to this (for example, during the Application registration process)
RTI Infokom may use Your personal information to send to You marketing communications which
We think may be of interest to You about RTI Infokom's business or the businesses of carefully-selected
third parties by post, fax, email, SMS or similar technology.
Where You have provided RTI Infokom with credit card details in relation to a subscription service,
RTI Infokom does not store these details nor do We share customer payment details with any third party
other than RTI Infokom's appointed partner who RTI Infokom uses for secure payments.

RTI Infokom has implemented certain appropriate security measures to help protect Your personal information
from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, please note that
RTI Infokom does not guarantee that unauthorized persons will always be unable to defeat
RTI Infokom's security measures.

RTI Infokom will not, in any deliberate manner, expose or share information gathered automatically or
provided to a third party or entity, which are within RTI Infokom's control. However when required by law,
in a matter of public safety or policy, as needed in connection with the transfer of RTI Infokom's
business assets (for example, if RTI Infokom is acquired by another company), or if RTI Infokom
believes in good faith that sharing the data is necessary to protect RTI Infokom's rights or property.
RTI Infokom will not disclose Your personal information to unaffiliated third parties, except as necessary
to service the account, to enforce the Terms and Conditions, to meet RTI Infokom's obligations to
content and technology providers, or as required by law.
