ACCOUNT DELETION

You can have your account deleted whenever you deem the account is no longer required. When your account is deleted, you won't be able to use or reactivate your account.

1. Users can delete their account by accessing the menu: > Delete Account.
2. When you choose to delete your account, we'll permanently delete from our servers.
3. Email address and your phone number can no longer be used for future registration processes.
4. All of your personal profile and saved data (ex. watchlist) on RTI Business will be removed upon account deletion.
5. After account deletion, you are advised to uninstall the RTI Business App from your device.
